5 spots left! The Kenya itinerary June 16th to 25th 2025: Bush, Beach and All Inclusive

Day 1 16th June- Arrive in Nairobi international airport and be transferred to the Best Western Hotel for overnight stay to recuperate after your long flights and prepare for the adventure ahead..


Day 2 17th June – This morning after breakfast at about 10am we will be transferred to visit both the Giraffe Centre and the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage in Nairobi, optional extra, (which i highly recommend) we will also visit a restaurant with a twist... Overnight in Best Western Hotel

(Optional extra – Fogo Gaucho, approx. €25 plus drinks) Meal plan: (Breakfast)



Day 3 18th June - Depart Nairobi early this morning and drive to the floor of the Rift Valley then onto the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Then we proceed to Masai Mara, arriving in the afternoon to check in, lunch and continue on for your afternoon game drive. Return for dinner and overnight stay at our Mara Camp for the ultra glamping experience. Approx. transit time to the Mara: 6 hrs.

Day 4 19th June - Spend the day in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five - Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino and Elephant. Game drives include going out with picnic lunch boxes to spend entire day in the park. All meals and overnight at the Mara Camp. (Optional extra Hot Air Balloon (€450) Meal plan: (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)



Day 5 20th June - This morning is a chilled morning. After breakfast, upon check out we will visit a local Masai village and get a tour of their homes and way of life, then we drive back to Nairobi arriving approx. at 18:00hrs. Drop off at Best Western Hotel for overnight stay. Approx. transit time: 6 hrs. Meal plan: (Breakfast)



Day 6 21st June – After breakfast and check out, we will be transferred to Nairobi airport for our flight to Mombasa. Upon arriving in Mombasa, we will be transferred to an All-inclusive Resort in Diani Beach for some much needed relaxation time. Approx transit time to hotel approx 2hrs Meal plan: (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, All Drinks, Snacks)



Day 7 22nd June - Day of leisure. You can chill by the pool bar or lounge by the beach. Its entirely up to you, all meals, snacks and local drinks are covered (beer, wine, soft drinks and cocktails) so leave your wallet in the room and take in all that the resort has to offer. Meal plan: (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, All Drinks, Snacks)



Day 8 23rd June – Same as previous day (all meals, snacks and local drinks are covered except for optional extra) Optional extra for anyone who wants to go dinner in Ali Barbour‘s Cave Restaurant. Dinner is at your own cost and not included in the days meal plan. Approx cost for 3 courses with drinks €60 highly recommend it, its such a fab experience. Meal plan: (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Drinks, Snacks)



Day 9 24th June – After breakfast we will check out of our hotel and head back to Mombasa airport for our flight back to Nairobi. Transfer to hotel. Overnight stay in Best Western Hotel

Day 10 25th June – Today we end the tour and you will be dropped to the airport in time for your flight home. Airport transfer included.

Total cost €2650 per person sharing



Included: All airport transfers, all transport through out the trip, all accommodation, Nairobi B&B, the Mara glamping experience on a full board basis and Diani on an all inclusive basis including alcohol drinks, evening safari, full day safari, Jeeps from Nairobi to Mara, 2 internal flights to and from Mombasa, the newly increased park entry fees the goverment havent been nice, the sheldrick wildlife centre and the giraffe center.


NOT included: International flights, Hot air balloon ride €450, travel insurance, meals not listed in the itinerary, any required PCR tests or tips (approx 6500ksh)


Fine print:

Please not itinerary may be subject to small changes due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. All rooms on our trips are shared, with two people per room. We’ll match you with an adventure buddy, giving you the perfect chance to make new friends! To keep things fresh, you’ll switch roommates every couple of nights and connect with someone new.


Terms and conditions:

If you are happy with the itinerary and want to go ahead. A deposit of €500 will be required to secure your booking within upon confirmation of spot. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is non-refundable due to several important factors. When you book a place on the tour, I immediately begin the process of planning and preparing for your journey. These preparations often involve upfront costs that are incurred from the moment your booking is confirmed. In addition, by requiring a non-refundable deposit, I aim to ensure that all participants are committed to the trip. 



The balance of €2150 will be due 10 weeks before trip start date (7th of April 2025). You can make the payments in instalments after the deposit is paid if that suits you.


With regards to a refund: Your deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is required to book flights which are non-refundable or changeable and also the safari company requires it to book the park permits, the camp etc


For the balance of your payment €2150, I maybe able to refund this up 10 weeks before the trip should you have an emergency and need to cancel. Anything closer then 10 weeks, and I cannot refund you.


I suggest you take out comprehensive travel-insurance that covers trip cancellations, that way should you have to cancel you are covered, you will get a full pay out from your insurance company. Keep an eye on the excess required.
